This page explains what data is collected on the Windéo® website (windeo-game.com), why, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Audience measurement — Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic (number of visits, pages viewed, traffic sources). These cookies are only set with your consent, collected via the banner shown on your first visit.
We use Google's Consent Mode v2: by default, all consent signals (analytics, advertising) are denied. They are only activated after you click "Accept". If you decline, no Google Analytics cookie is placed on your device.
Your choice is stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which the banner will be shown again. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of each page.
2. Contact form — Formspree
The sign-up form on the site (last name, first name, email) is processed by our provider Formspree, which receives and forwards your messages to us. This information is only used to keep you informed about the launch of the Windéo® Kickstarter campaign, and only if you have checked the dedicated consent checkbox. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, as well as the right to object to and restrict its processing.
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy of it.
- Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right of erasure: request the deletion of your data.
